Amanda Johnson is renowned for her extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to professional development within the VA industry. With over 34 years of professional administrative experience, including a distinguished 23-year career as a Royal Navy Logistics Officer, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role as VA Coach, Trainer and Mentor within the VA Training Academy®. She has won many “in the VA industry” and external business awards.
Following her retirement from the military in 2012, Amanda transitioned seamlessly into entrepreneurship, launching her own VA business before acquiring the training business she had previously trained with. Her journey reflects a profound understanding of the VA landscape, driven by personal tragedy and a passion for authentic business endeavours.
Recognised for her genuine, no-nonsense advice and support as a business coach, mentor and trainer, Amanda empowers individuals to realise their entrepreneurial aspirations, emphasising the importance of continuous professional development, learning and skill enhancement. She works primarily with those wanting to set up a VA business and those who want to grow an awesome and authentic business.
Passionate about advancing the VA profession and fostering excellence within the community, Amanda is also an Advisory Board Member for the Society of Virtual Assistants and runs the UKVA Conference, the UKVA Awards and the BeMyVA Directory under the VACT Limited brand.
Her mission is clear: to inspire, support, and challenge those seeking success in the VA industry, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to thrive in today’s competitive landscape and allowing them to become the “Go To” VA.
